Household detectors
Lately, due to chimney, gas and electrical stove malfunctions, the amount of deaths due to suffocation from carbon monoxide, methane, propane or butane, has increased
The Law on fire protection states that public buildings must have gas and fire detection systems, which will react to concentrations of gases being higher than allowed. The law doesn’t state mandatory systems in private households, but we are all aware of the danger in which we put ourselves into if we choose to ignore it.
The detectors by the manufacturer “First Alert” are intended for detection of Carbon monoxide and other flammable and explosive gases and are implemented in areas/spaces in which we expect them, like in the vicinity of stoves or in the chimney itself.
