ProPoint PLUS aspirating smoke detectors
ProPoint PLUS aspirating smoke detectors use either ‘optical and CO’ or solely ‘optical’ scattered-light chamber detectors (SCD) and can provide up to four separate detectors within each aspirating unit.Product Description

ProPoint PLUS optical detection – ‘smoke’ and ‘smoke/CO’
Aspirating detection is a solution suitable for a wide range of fire detection applications. ProPoint PLUS allows the integration of up to four separate detectors within a single aspirator housing, providing four individually identifiable detection zones per device.
Each of the four high-performance Scatter Chamber Detector (SCD) modules can be either optical-only or a combined optical module with enhanced CO sensing, making it particularly suitable for smaller rooms. Independent and integrated alarm decision-making, supported by advanced algorithms, expands the particle detection range, confirms genuine alarms and minimizes unwanted false activations.
Installation, configuration and commissioning of ProPoint PLUS detectors are designed with a strong emphasis on installer convenience. Sensitivity can be adjusted according to Classes A, B or C via the intuitive multilingual LCD display, without the need to connect a computer. Installers can also easily configure detector sensitivity to match the equivalent number of point smoke detectors for each class, ensuring precise tuning for specific application requirements.
Fan speed and airflow configuration allow system performance to be optimized for a wide variety of environments, including both short and long pipe runs.
